Project Investment – UK Wide – Online

The dates are 22nd April to 24th April 2026, and participants will respond to a financial services firm’s new tool designed to capture information and help customers plan their finances around their future goals.

All to either have a Workplace pension, and a branded investment product or intending to invest and have a workplace pension but currently do not invest. None has used IFAs.  All to be aged 40-50, males and females.

Method:  Online testing via online community testing platform, Recollective TWC will need to share individual sign-up links with each participant.

About this project

·        Cohort 1: existing Vanguard Personal Investing customers

·        Cohort 2: investors who use other providers

·        Cohort 3: workplace pension-only investors

Duration: Each participant must commit to logging in and completing 3 days of tasks. Tasks will take 40 minutes per day.

Dates: Tasks will be released each day from and to:

o Weds 22nd – Fri 24th April, and can be completed at any time of the day.

· Incentives at £100pp 

PLEASE NOTE: All to be truthful with the information that is given

• Turning up for the interview/focus group on time
• If you have lied to qualify, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVE, and YOUR RECRUITER WILL NOT BE PAID THEIR RECRUITMENT FEE
• Any wifi issues that affect the interview may result in you receiving a reduced or no incentive
• Using a device which has not been allowed will result in a reduced or no incentive
• Conducting your interview from your car will result in no incentive
