Project GIG Economy

We are looking for those who work  in the – Gig Economy Workers – 

We need 1 x pair of Uber drivers / Deliveroo – who are friends and some respondents who work in the cleaning industry/handyman / freelance roles in design or IT – but must be short-term contracts – in the gig economy.

Initial interview: – 

60-minute telephone interview/video call (between Mon 13th and Fri 24th of October). A few will then be selected to take part in an additional 90-minute filmed interview at a neutral location (between Mon 10th and Fri 28th November)

Incentives:

• £70.00pp – 60-minute interview/video call
•  £80.00pp follow-up filmed interview

All ethnic minority participants to ensure a spread of groups across the whole sample (e.g. Asian, Black, Other White, Arab, Mixed, Other)

Location – London

Dates – 13th – 24th October

Moderator availability – Monday to Friday 09:00-19:00 during the fieldwork period

PLEASE NOTE: All to be truthful with the information that is given

• Turning up for the interview/focus group on time
• If you have lied to qualify, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVE, and YOUR RECRUITER WILL NOT BE PAID THEIR RECRUITMENT FEE.
• Any wifi issues which affect the interview may result in you receiving a reduced or no incentive.
• Using a device which has not been allowed will result in a reduced or no incentive.
• Conducting your interview from your car will result in no incentive.
