All our research is conducted in line with the MRS (Market Research Society) guidelines, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The research session may be video- or audio-recorded, and these recordings will be used by us / our client in line with our policies and the above regulations for this study only.

As a token of our appreciation for your participation, eligible attendees will receive cash on the day to thank them for their time.

Everyone taking part in the research will have a range of different experiences to talk about, so don’t worry, there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers.

• Turning up for the interview/focus group on time
• If you have lied to qualify, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVE, and your recruiter will not be paid their recruitment fee.
• Any Wi-Fi issues that affect the interview may result in you receiving no incentive or a reduced incentive.
• Using a device which has not been allowed will result in a reduced or no incentive.
• Conducting your interview from your car will result in no incentive
