Project Alcoholic Drinks – IN PERSON – SOUTH LONDON

We are currently looking for people of Black Caribbean and African heritage to take part in an alcohol testing research project, where selected participants will be testing/tasting different alcoholic beverages.

This study explores consumer tastes, brand concepts, and popular beverage trends within the community (including spirits, rum, and traditional drinks).

Who we are looking for:

• Age Range: Men and women aged 18–50.
• Location: Based in or around the London area and able to travel to the venue.  Close to New Cross station (South London) / Stansted Road SE23
• Drink Preferences: Regular consumers of alcoholic beverages, which can include rum, spirits, stouts, or traditional drinks.

If you are selected to take part, you will be invited to attend a 90-minute in-person session at a secure venue in London between Monday, 22nd June and Thursday, 25th June.

Important Details about the Session:

• What it involves: A routine 15-minute product taste test followed by a 75-minute small group discussion.
• Alcohol Consumption & Allergies: Participants must be fully comfortable and happy to drink alcohol during the product testing part of the session, and must not have any known allergies to alcohol or common beverage ingredients. A full ingredients list will be provided to selected participants before the session.
• Recording: Please note that the sessions will be fully audio- and video-recorded for research and analysis purposes.
• Incentive: You will receive a £ 50 thank-you fee in cash on the day for your time and feedback.

Confidentiality: Because you will be viewing unreleased concepts, all selected participants must be happy to sign a standard ease answer the following screening questions honestly. There are no right or wrong answers! All our research is conducted in line with the MRS (Market Research Society) guidelines, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The research session may be video/audio recorded, and these recordings will be used by us / our client in line with our policies and the above regulations for this study only.

Everyone taking part in the research will have a range of different experiences to talk about, so don’t worry, there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers

• If you have lied to qualify, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVE, and your recruiter will not be paid their recruitment fee.
